Ensure all forms and agreements are in compliance within company standards; Monitor sales representative pipelines and generate production reports; Develop sales training criteria and measure progress of sales representatives with accountability standards and regular reviews; Work with participating account executives to make sure all sales representatives have current and relevant rates and tools; Create new relationships/contracts with account executives not yet signed on with; and Provide presentations and progress reports to management.
